Treasury Secretary Mnuchin Issues Warning About Facebook Crypto Plan

On the eve of hearings in Washington about Facebook’s digital currency project, Libra, Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin declared that he was “not comfortable” with it. And he warned that Libra could be used for illicit activities like cyber crime, tax evasion, extortion and drug and human trafficking.
