Dogecoin (
$0.082 ) is down almost 10% in early trading as the markets reacted to Vladimir Putin’s move to occupy separatist regions of Ukraine. DOGE fell in tandem with apex tokens like Bitcoin (
$76,838.00 ) and Ethereum (
$2,474.20 ) , but it was still one of the most-mentioned tokens on Twitter ($TWTR@US). However, this sort of popularity doesn’t seem to provide Dogecoin (
$0.082 ) with any value. Meanwhile, Sling TV said it would start accepting Dogecoin (
$0.082 ) through the BitPay platform. Moreover, Quincy University in Illinois is planning to accept Dogecoin (
$0.082 ) donations. As the global crypto market cap fell, Dogecoin (
$0.082 ) lost value against Bitcoin (
$76,838.00 ) and Ethereum (
$2,474.20 ) , dropped nearly 15% in the last week, and lost over 8% in the past month. At press time, Dogecoin (
$0.082 ) has fallen to 12.99 cents, down almost 4% on a steep increase in volume and a drop in its market cap.
