AMC To Accept More Crypto

AMC Entertainment (AMC@US) announced on Wednesday that it would accept cryptocurrency for both ticket and concessions payments. CEO Adam Aron released the news on Twitter (TWTR@US), noting that crypto acceptance should be in place by the end of 2021. While the theater chain is accepting Bitcoin ( $77,386.00 ) —as most expected—the firm also plans to accept Ethereum ( $0.00 ) , Litecoin ( $56.73 ) , and Bitcoin ( $77,386.00 ) Cash. AMC stock fluctuated in the $47 range in premarket trading.
